EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGER

Seeking an Experienced Restaurant Manager to lead multiple aspects of the operation including a la carte dinner service, beverage, and private dining. If you are focused on elevating steps of service and guest experience and can motivate staff, earn trust, and gain buy-in from team members, we'd like to speak with you today.

Experienced Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Provide and support superior customer service and satisfaction
  • Schedule and supervise front-of-house team
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training to improve

Experienced Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager
  • Extensive food, beverage, menu, and wine knowledge
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, and/or Culinary Arts is a huge plus
