An upscale casual dining favorite is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team and be the right hand to our Executive Chef. Send me your resume today!

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • 2 years of current Sous Chef experience
  • High-volume background in a scratch kitchen
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Assistance in hiring, training, and developing the team
  • Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Assists in controlling food and labor costs
