We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of restaurant locations in the Southeast. If you possess strong P&L knowledge, are effective at working autonomously and are not afraid to work hands-on alongside your team on a daily basis, please apply today for a chance to join a growing company!

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

  • Lead/mentor a group of regional supervisors and store managers via a hands-on, in-restaurant approach.
  • Oversee, analyze and improve restaurant financials including controllable expenses and revenue.
  • Ensure consistency across brands and maintain high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
  • Work closely with accounting, maintenance and marketing to ensure locations are running efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations and maintain communication with brands to ensure new menu items and brand initiatives are rolled out in a timely and efficient manner.

Director of Operations Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four years overseeing at least 10+ locations.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to operate autonomously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Must be located in Knoxville, TN and willing to travel on a daily basis.
