We are looking for a Director of Purchasing to join our brand and help to grow our company even further! We are a well established group with further expansion planned.

Director of Purchasing Qualifications:

  • BA in field preferred
  • 3+ years in similar role
  • Proficient with Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must have experience in Food and Beverage industry

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers
  • Builds and maintains vendor relationships
  • Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment orders
  • Collaboration with all locations and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for supplies, equipment, products etc
  • Maintains all records needed for accounting. purchasing, and recordkeeping systems
  • Stays on trends in procurement, travel may be necessary
  • Keeps up with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation
  • Coordinates removal or disposal of surplus materials
