Looking for a strong leader for a luxury boutique hotel. The perfect candidate will have recent luxury and fine dining experience to be the face of this beautiful property in the Oregon Wine Country.

 

Inn General Manager Responsibilities:

 

  • Hotel Leadership.
  • Develop annual operating budget and forecasting.
  • Complete financial statement ownership
  • Employee Relations
  • Revenue Management
  • Sales Management 

Inn General Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years of combined experience as a General Manager or director in a boutique hotel or Inn and a fine-dining restaurant.
  • Strong financial experience reporting directly to ownership.
  • Sommelier certification is a plus.
  • Hands-On experience required.
  • Sales and Marketing experience required.
  • Property maintenance required.
  • Opening experience a plus.
