Food and Beverage Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of cocktail lounge or upscale rooftop bar leadership experience
  • Marketing and event experience is preferred
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and profitability.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Foster positive guest relationships and collaborate with other departments.
  • Relocation to Waco, TX required
