We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager for an industry-leading, growing Casual dining Restaurant group.

Restaurant Manager Requirement

  • 1 year of Management experience in a similar role and concept
  • Motivated and self-starter attitude with a hands-on approach
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Train and develop Team on high standards of customer service
  • Strictly follow company cash handling procedures  Complete opening and closing duties  Promptly and professionally handle all guest comments
  • Responsible for driving sales while maintaining a high-quality product
