Join our premier Trust company in Nevada as our proactive Controller. You will lead various financial initiatives, from advanced accounting operations to leadership tasks, ensuring smooth financial processes throughout our organization. As the chief authority in our accounting department, your role is critical in guiding and overseeing all aspects of accounting, from managing invoices to ensuring precise compliance with tax requirements.

Controller Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations to promote efficiency
  • Produce detailed monthly and yearly financial reports for examination
  • Lead the development of quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts
  • Provide rigorous control over all accounting operations
  • Coordinate audit processes and tax compliance, adhering to legal standards
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive accounting policies and operational procedures

Controller Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, with a preference for a specialization in Accounting
  • Proven experience of 5–7 years in accounting roles
  • Experience in wealth management, trust management, or asset management is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong capability to work independently and perform hands-on tasks
