Local restaurant group is seeking a Sous Chef to join their group of casual and upscale casual restaurants in Wheeling, WV

Sous Chef Benefits:

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop the kitchen team
  • Oversee operations with the Chef is not present
  • Manage inventory and ordering

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Basic understanding of managing food and labor cost
  • Experience with inventory and ordering
  • Passion for training and development
