The Office & Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be an essential part of the success of this established, thriving, and respected team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payment processing to vendors, maintaining customer accounts, exceptional customer service to vendors and clients, and collaborating closely with the Sales Team. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in various software applications.

  • Strong experience using QuickBooks.
  • Multi-client / Multi-unit experience.
  • High Volume invoice experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills/Attention to Details
  • Collaborative, Effective Communicator, Strong Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Software Applications
