Are you an experienced, dynamic, and passionate management professional in the hospitality industry? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our team as an F&B Manager at our property! We are searching for an enthusiastic leader with a great floor presence who loves food and is passionate about wine and spirits to support the FOH team to deliver a quality experience together for our guests!

Restaurant Manager's Requirements & Responsibilities: 

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar multi-unit role
  • Ensure day-to-day operations for all outlets are streamlined
  • Detail-focused, high-energy, and guest satisfaction driven
  • Responsible for purchasing and inventory
  • Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and experience in creating beverage menus
  • Skilled in leading, training, and developing FOH staff
  • Effective and clear verbal communication skills
