We are seeking a passionate Sous Chef for a new, modern, unique, fine-dining Israeli restaurant in the heart of West Palm Beach. If you enjoy leading teams and have a passion for serving outstanding cuisine and creating guest memorable guest experiences through food, this opportunity is for you!

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef with a full-service, upscale concept
  • Experience with kosher, modern Israeli cuisine is a HUGE plus!
  • NRO Experience is a PLUS!
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop their team
  • High sales volume experience of $5+ million
  • Steady tenures

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with the Executive Chef on all things BOH-related
  • Ensures the restaurant is accountable for the successful execution of all operating systems (ordering, receiving, storage, inventory, etc.)
  • Maintain food and labor costs equal to or below the budget
  • Ensures food quality of all products and menu items from purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, execution, and service
