Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 5 years experience as a General Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Catering, Banquets, and Events
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Craft Beer

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and others
  • Hire, Train and Develop staff
  • Customer interaction and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Partner with marketing, events team to execute schedules banquets etc…
