We are searching for a talented and passionate Executive Chef who has experience with New Restaurant Openings and fine-dining Mediterranean Cuisine. If you love leading a team to excellence and have a passion for creating beautiful food in a gorgeous beach setting, then we would like to meet you!

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining consistency of all menus
  • Directing, train, and motivate all team members
  • Development of new items and recipes
  • Ensuring labor and food cost goals are met
  • Monitoring kitchen safety and cleanliness
  • Supervising weekly inventory count
  • Maintaining solid communication with the staff and owners.

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Good organization skills
  • Ability to train and teach
  • New Restaurant Opening experience is a huge plus!
  • Fine dining Mediterranean technique cooking experience preferred
