What do we need from our Executive Sous Chef?

  • Minimum of two years of upscale casual/ fine dining experience in a similar role
  • High volume experience ($7 million+)
  • Ability to attract and retain top talent
  • Desire to foster a culture of positivity and learning
  • Ability to control costs and manage a P&L report
  • Creativity to develop new menu items.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable. 
  • Strong understanding of Health Department regulations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in the administrative and financial duties associated with running a restaurant (Scheduling, prep lists, ordering, inventory, P&L reports, etc)
  • Range of cooking techniques
  • “People-first” mentality
  • Outstanding communication
