We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining General Manager to join our esteemed Restaurant located in the vibrant heart of historic Jacksonville Florida! Must be willing to relocate. We are crafting artfully plated French and Mediterranean dishes using classic techniques and prioritizing the use of premium farm-to-table ingredients and sustainable seafood. General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Relocate to Jacksonville Florida
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community to strengthen the restaurant's reputation and presence.
  • Uphold and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
