We are looking for a Conference Center Director to manage our complex's in-person and virtual conference needs. This role requires a high level of professionalism, a true love of hospitality as well as strong communication and organizational skills. If that sounds like you, we want to talk!

Conference Center Director Benefits:

  • Starting salary of $90,000 to $100,000 depending on experience

Conference Center Director Responsibilities:

  • Manage all meeting and event bookings for both in-person and virtual events
  • Manage needs of individual events including AV needs, catering, rentals, and security as well as working with third-party vendors
  • Oversee calendar for both in-person and virtual events
  • Provide facility tours
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to meet booking goals

Conference Center Director Requirements:

  • An organized self-starter who can prioritize tasks, multi-task, and communicate any potential issues with leadership
  • A minimum of three years of experience managing a conference center and/or event center facility
  • A hands-on, get-it-done mindset
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate the occasional early morning, evening, and weekend events
  • Proven customer service skills and a guest-oriented mindset
