Seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN / DON / DNS to lead the nursing team at our beautiful skilled nursing facility. We need a hands-on nurse manager to join this stable team. 

DIRECTOR OF NURSING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary
  • Overseeing hiring, firing, and development of nursing staff
  • Participate in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
  • Ensure the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations

DIRECTOR OF NURSING REQUIREMENTS:

  • RN / Registered Nurse
  • 3+ years experience in a nursing leadership role
  • A strong understanding of skilled nursing regulations in VA
  • A person of integrity, maturity, and strong leadership skills

DIRECTOR OF NURSING BENEFITS:

  • Competitive base salary – $90k-$130k
