Estimator/Project Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in estimating and overseeing asphalt and concrete projects for DOT, municipal, and commercial clients, or equivalent background.
  • Proficient in INDOT specifications, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project, and experienced with digitizing takeoff software; familiarity with KYTC Specifications is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously and efficiently managing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities are essential.
