A stable, third-generation agency is looking for an Insurance Account Manager to join their growing firm.

INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build relationships and resolve problems for customers
  • Compare applications, quotes, and policies to ensure accuracy
  • Issue and reviews binders, auto ID cards, COIs, etc.
  • Process change requests
  • Support insureds with coverage and billing questions

INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years experience in customer success, account management, or another client-facing role within commercial/personal lines
  • Absolutely great attitude, willing to wear different hats, excited to learn and make a difference
  • Active P&C license

INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER COMPENSATION:
