Our client is a leading provider of innovative fire-fighting solutions, specializing in foam proportioning systems and firefighting monitors. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for the North America region to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the Authorized Distributor network, and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the fire protection industry.
  • Generate leads and opportunities in existing and new market segments.
  • Manage and expand the network of Authorized Distributors.
  • Position the company as the preferred choice for foam-based fire protection solutions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing, sales, and service strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and organizations.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

  • Engineering degree (preferably in process/mechanical/system engineering) OR 5-10 years fire suppression systems/risk mgmt
  • Experience in B2B value-added sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of fire-suppression systems market and products.
  • International work experience and cultural awareness a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (50/50)
