Restaurant General Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Lead and Develop a Team
  • Motivate staff and maintain morale.
  • Available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Monitor and Maintain Safety and Sanitation Protocol
