BILINGUAL SALES MANAGER BENEFITS:

  • Competitive base salary of up to $100,000 + commission (average OTE $150k, rock star OTE $200k)

BILINGUAL SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Health Insurance License
  • Bilingual Native Spanish speaker (or fluency in Spanish to the native level) required
  • 5+ years of ACA sales experience with 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing others
  • BA/BS preferred (but not required)
  • In-depth knowledge of ACA regulations, plan options, and sales processes
  • Covered CA sales experience a bonus!
  • Highly motivated, confident, and able to take initiative to develop new sales strategies and tactics to improve sales conversions
  • Extensive experience being responsible for P&L
  • Demonstrated success with strategic, data-driven, KPI focused insurance sales
  • Willing to work extra hours as needed during open enrollment (Nov – Jan)
  • Passion for helping the Latino community gain access to quality healthcare and not just selling to sell, but wanting to do good in the process

BILINGUAL SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and optimize revenue potential
  • Set, manage, and exceed sales targets with a focus on effective sales while also providing exceptional service and impact to customers
  • Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-10 sales agents, providing coaching, training, and ongoing support to ensure high performance, productivity, and conversion
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, industry changes, and competitive positioning to be shared with other teams and leadership in helping to drive decision-making
  • Prepare regular reports and strategic recommendations
