Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Office Administrators, managing schedules and tasks effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and calls, ensuring top-notch support for a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate reservations and process pre-orders accurately, including payment transactions.
  • Assist with shipping and delivery orders, maintaining precision in order processing.
  • Maintain regular contact with Disney managers and internal teams, addressing operational concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring a well-equipped workspace.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Manager on partnership deals.
  • Available to work weekdays and weekends, with a flexible 45-hour schedule.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications for efficient document and schedule management.
  • Exceptional professionalism and respect for privacy in all interactions.
  • Bilingualism preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for addressing customer issues and operational challenges.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in inventory management and office supply upkeep.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in order processing and record-keeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer and team interaction.
