We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to help our locally-owned hospitality company grow in the region. If you love East Tennessee and have a strong background in commercial construction, we want to speak with you.

Commercial Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of commercial construction or large residential project experience
  • PMP or Six Sigma certifications are ideal; OSHA10 certification required
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Extremely detail-oriented mindset and organizational abilities
  • Tech savvy (ProCor experience) and strong communication skills
  • Track record of working well with GCs and local connections is very helpful
