Scratch-kitchen, upscale, Italian Restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef looking to grow their career with a dynamic, up-and-coming company. If you are a self-starter who is looking to take the next step in your career, look no further, we want you!

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prep, line, line cooks, and dishwashers
- Help execute orders, rotation, stocking, etc.
- Updates specials and specials sheets with approval from Chef de Cuisine
- Tastes and inspects all recipes and lines to make sure they meet the requirements of the recipe before the start of the shift
- Inspects line
- Butchers proteins
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- A natural leader who loves to give the guest an amazing experience
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Scratch kitchen background preferred
- High-energy individual who wants to have fun and work in a fast-paced environment with plenty of room for advancement
