We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to develop strategies and provide resources that modernize our ability to track data and enhance our business. This person will play a crucial role in our leadership team and communicate on new program implementation and data analysis in alignment with our goals. They will assist in several divisions, including retail and ecommerce.

CTO Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and upgrade any outdated IT platforms
  • Hire and train direct reports to follow your business strategies
  • Determine appropriate software, migration paths for building programs vs. buying programs
  • Provide reports on cost and cost-effectiveness, data analysis, and long term goals to Leadership teams
  • Drive innovation that improves customer experiences
  • Manage within a given budget
  • Strong strategic mindset
  • Ongoing team development, succession planning within departments

CTO Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the latest technology advances that can propel the company
  • Ability to manage a team of 20 or more
  • Excellent leadership skills, strong decision-making abilities
  • Experience working in customer-facing business
  • 8–10 years of software engineering experience
  • 5 years of experience in an executive role
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science preferred
  • Familiar with HTML5,ES6/7, TypeScript, REACT, Vue, REACT Native
  • MUST BE Bilingual in English and Mandarin
