We are in search of our Executive Chef. This role will represent the brand as an ambassador of our core values and will act as our Culinary leader, coordinating menu, systems, and service operations at the store level along with our home office team!

 Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the General Manager and home office to direct all Culinary activities
  • Report to the Operations Lead and home office to enable and coordinate all Culinary teams
  • Design and refine operational initiatives that maximize productivity and improve the customer experience
  • Provide the highest level of offerings to the guest and home office, through your teams
  • Ensure excellent quality, flavorful food, and beverage maintaining the highest quality and served timely with care
  • Direct and oversee all shift running and team development
  • Create standard operating procedures to build on existing standards
  • Be entrepreneurial, and creative with an ambition to advance professionally

 Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in a similar role, or equivalent experience
  • Must have previous restaurant leadership experience, preferably in an upscale casual environment
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and follow-up skills with a sense of urgency
  • Must display a high level of leadership, innovation and be solution-oriented
  • Strong ability to understand systems and reporting
  • Excellent professional, interpersonal, and communication skills, able to engage all levels of management
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Community-focused and guest-minded
