Join one of the nation's largest and most prestigious professional business fraternities. We are dedicated to fostering the development of our collegiate and alumni members into effective leaders. Our Central Office, located in Oxford, OH, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Curriculum Development Manager to join our education team and enhance our educational programming.

Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Design and Implementation: Develop and manage cutting-edge, audience-focused curriculum that aligns with the fraternity's values and educational goals.
  • LMS Management: Oversee the operation and content of our Learning Management System, ensuring it supports effective learning and user engagement.
  • Program Assessment: Regularly assess educational programming effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and educational committees to ensure program alignment and success.
  • Training Facilitation: Support and train a diverse range of session facilitators and speakers to maximize learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in curriculum creation and educational program management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Understanding of Greek life dynamics, preferably with experience in a fraternity or sorority setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to be in-office approximately 16 hours per week.
  • Frequent travel may be required for conferences and educational events.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends.
