Responsibilities:

– Leading pre-construction and estimate stages for diverse projects including design/build and tenant finish

– Collaborating with owners, tenants, architects, and engineers to oversee the design and engineering of projects

– Conducting construction estimates utilizing Sage software

– Managing contracts and estimating tenant finish work

– Budgeting and planning for pre-development activities, including due diligence and costs for new acquisitions

Qualifications:

– Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field

– 3-5 years of experience in general construction estimating, preferably in industrial and office construction

– Proficiency in construction materials, methods, practices, and contracts

– Strong mathematical skills including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry

– Familiarity with Sage Estimating software is a plus

– Willingness to occasionally travel as required
