We are seeking a skilled and driven Mechanical Process Engineer to join our team. We are focused on delivering high-quality solutions for government, education, and commercial businesses. 

Mechanical Process Engineer Benefits:

Mechanical Process Engineer Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or Solid Edge preferred) and ERP systems
  • Proficiency with metric and imperial
  • Experience with: PCBs, cables, connectors, and electronics
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems experience
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, coatings, assemblies, etc.)
  • Must be a US citizen or green card holder to comply with ITAR regulations

Mechanical Process Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, and oversee production activities
  • Develop and manage bills of materials (BOMs) for various projects
  • Identify and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Design jigs and fixtures for different uses
  • Guide and assist technicians with assembly and testing procedures
