Qualifications for Executive Sous Chef

  • Culinary degree
  • 3+ years of full-service kitchen management experience
  • Recent experience in scratch-kitchen casual dining preferred
  • Proficient in food safety
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Embrace teamwork and collaboration in management style
