A beautiful & large movie theatre chain is seeking an Operations Manager to lead their front-of-the-house team/s. If you are an experienced hospitality manager and want to join a great group where you can grow your career, send us your resume today!

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the FOH team
  • Ability to uphold the highest standards in guest service
  • Oversees inventory & scheduling for lounge and concessions areas
  • Maintains standards of cleanliness and safety for guests and team members
  • Financially driven and responsible for meeting budget goals

Operations Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in management in a hospitality concept (restaurant, movie theatre, etc). The ideal candidate will have movie theatre experience
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team/s
  • Customer-focused and hospitality-driven by nature and in trade
  • Organized with a high level of professionalism, and financial ability
  • MUST have open availability and the ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends, which are rewarded by other downtimes throughout the year depending upon the season
