We are currently looking for a Director of Operations to join our team who will oversee 12-14 restaurant locations, develop their management teams, and maintain the profitability of their locations. Your goal will be to live and teach the mission and vision of the company and to ensure consistent execution of brand standards. If this you…WE NEED TO TALK!!

Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities:

  • Engaged in the hiring, coaching, and direction of General Managers
  • Instilling a culture of ownership 
  • Conducting random inspections, inventory, and cash audits
  • Managing budgets, labor, and food costs
  • Responding to customer service issues

Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED — Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years' successful results as a Director of Operations with 10 or more locations (QSR)
  • People development and QSC improvement track record
  • Strong focus on service and hospitality
  • Sharp and professional
  • Strong business acumen
