Exciting concept within an iconic restaurant group is looking for a strong Kitchen Manager in Baton Rouge! We need candidates who have high-volume experience with corporate brands in their background. The ability to manage a large staff with a coach's mentality and maintain high-quality standards is critical to being successful with our company.
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Strong values and high-energy style of leadership – one who thrives in a busy kitchen
- Hands-on Chef who works side by side with the staff
- Accomplished in developing people and growing a strong team around them
- Expert knowledge in controlling food and labor, as well as upholding brand standards and menu specs
- Banquet and Catering experience is necessary for private events booked in available spaces
- Scratch kitchen experience, there is no menu creativity however
