Our client is looking for two talented Machinist, Lathe Programmers and two talented Machinist, Mill Programmers to join their team and to support the machining and development of their products:. In this role, you will manufacture parts from billet material and additively manufactured hardware. They utilize 3 and 5 axis mills, Gantry Mills, and manual mills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys an extremely positive, No Ego culture and would enjoy contributing to a product that will go to space.

Lathe Programmer Shifts:

  • Second Shift: 3PM-12:30AM- Comes with a 10% differential

Lathe Programmer Benefits:

  • 28.00-44.00 Depending on experience

Lathe Programmer MUST HAVE Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of CNC machining experience and 5+ years of programming experience
  • High school diploma or GED

Lathe Programmer Basic Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret CAD and CAM software and drawings
  • Help with ordering of tooling
  • Work with tooling suppliers to determine the best tool for the job
  • Ramp parts from FAI to production
  • Reduce machine time per part 
  • Increase number of parts per cycle
  • Procure tooling necessary for jobs
  • Effectively work as a team and pass on workload to the following shift

Must be able to comply with ITAR Regulations if not a US Citizen
