We are currently seeking a Quality Manager for a well-established and growing company! The ideal candidate for the Quality Manager position will be responsible for overseeing the quality control programs while managing staff in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Quality Manager:

  • Possessing a working knowledge of ISO 9001. Familiarity with AS9100 as implementation develops.
  • Overseeing the Quality Management System and interfacing with customers.
  • Demonstrating the ability to identify manufacturing improvements and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with production management on job estimation.
  • Managing and maintaining safety programs in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements for the Quality Manager:

  • Direct experience or direct knowledge of Zeiss CMM programming and equipment is essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality is preferred, or relevant experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment (experience in Aerospace & Defense or any tight tolerance machining is preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated strong quality management skills.

Compensation & Benefits for the Quality Manager:

  • Base salary ranging from $90K to $110K based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
