Local multi-concept venue is searching for a Jr. Kitchen Manager/Lead Line Cook. A face pace environment, with simple food items, require fast and great execution! We are looking for someone with strong kitchen experienced that want to grow into Kitchen Management.

 

 Kitchen Manager / Lead Line Cook Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of 55k
  • Relocation assistance if needed
  • Get a weekend day off every week!
  • Bonus. Health benefits and PTO

Kitchen Manager /Lead Line Cook Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Lead Cook or Lead Line
  • Stable work history.
  • Looking to grow as a Kitchen Manager
  • Passion for the growth and development of your team

Kitchen Manager / Lead Line Cook Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of standards in a fast pace environment
  • Manage costs, ingredients, ticket time, etc.
  • Develop and coach your team.
  • Live for the company standards
