Trendy hotel seeks experienced Food & Beverage Director. We're looking for someone with solid, upscale hotel F&B mulit-unit experience. We will only consider candidates who have 2+ years of F&B experience at the Director level in the hospitality sector.

Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:

  • This is not a desk job- candidates will be working evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Perform job tasks including budgeting, EOM / EOP functions.
  • Work in concert with other hotel department heads to provide seamless guest service
  • Manage the activity of about 4 different outlets including staffing, scheduling, ordering, inventory and guest concerns.

Food & Beverage Director Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates will have a mix of hotel and stand-alone restaurant experience.
  • Expert P&L management skills.
  • Tenured exposure to hotel environments and accounting practices – Restaurant experience REQUIRED
  • Guest-first mentality – ability to be flexible with schedule as it meets the needs of the business
  •  Proficient with Excel and standard restaurant/hotel software
