Responsibilities of the Retail Store Manager role:

  1. Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere that embraces both team members and customers.
  2. Lead, develop, and recruit staff while honing your own skills for future growth.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to reach store objectives.
  4. Efficiently oversee all shipments to maintain optimal product availability.

  6. Partner with Loss Prevention to minimize inventory shrinkage.
  7. Provide support for various store tasks as necessary.

Qualifications for the Retail Store Manager:

  1. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Retail Store Manager.
  2. Strong team-building and communication skills spanning the entire organization.
  3. Proficiency in inventory management, order processes, back-office systems, scheduling, and financial statements.
  4. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
