Fast Growing Casual restaurant concept is seeking a great new restaurant manager to join the team. We are big on culture, development, and growth. Our purpose is "Nourishing lives by sharing traditions, authentic food and love"

Restaurant Manager Expectations:

  • The Restaurant Manager is expected to live our values and remove barriers, real or perceived, to the accomplishment of our goals and the daily fulfillment of our purpose by all management and staff
  • A successful Restaurant Manager will lead by example. They will communicate effectively with all levels of staff, management, guests, and community, collaborate with our support office team and other departments and locations, They will have the ability to manage multiple projects while continuing to focus on details, exhibit a positive outlook, and hold others and oneself accountable
  • Establish trust within your team and our organization through your integrity, consistency, and work toward the achievement of goals
  • Empower your team to deliver their best every shift
  • Encourage and support the growth and development of our team members
  • Constantly strive to improve our engagements with guests and celebrate the accomplishments of everyone on our team
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs and be sensitive to special needs and requests
  • Maintain our standards and always strive for perfection, every time
  • Follow all safety and health department guidelines and our procedures around them
  • Be at least 18 years of age
