Our upscale casual dining establishment is on the lookout for a dedicated and seasoned Kitchen Manager to steer our Heart of House team. This role offers substantial opportunities for progression and development.

Kitchen Manager Benefits:

$300/month employer contribution towards company Medical

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in leadership within the hospitality sector.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with business acumen.

• Passion for food, service, dining, and the restaurant industry.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Outstanding communication skills.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team dedicated to delivering top-notch quality products and guest experiences.

• Oversee day-to-day operations.

• Manage financial aspects of the operation.

• Cultivate culture, handle hiring, training, staffing, development, scheduling, accountability, respect, and follow-through.
