Guest Experience Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-service hotel
  • Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Forbes and AAA Standards is preferred
  • A Positive can-do attitude and a desire to help and assist all guests
  • Experience with valet, bell desk and concierge experience
  • Develop collaborative relationships with support departments
  • Train and develop all employees as related to company procedures
  • Team player with a desire to lead, motivate, and help team members learn and grow
