We are looking for a polished food and beverage leader for a Luxury Hotel! Passion for food, beverage, and guest service counts!

Luxury Hotel Assistant Food and Beverage Director Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fine dining leadership position, hotel or resort preferred
  • Experience with hotel Banquets and Catering
  • Strong tenures with clear career progression
  • Calm, collected, and professional demeanor and leadership style
  • Passion and ambition for Food, Beverage, and Hospitality!

Luxury Hotel Assistant Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities:

  • Oversee dining outlets for consistency and quality of service
  • Manage server cash outs and drops
  • Work with the banquet and catering departments on groups and events
  • Work alongside the food and beverage team, active on the floor
