CEO, Sr. Living Communities- Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational performance with high standards for excellence.
  • Support the brand by demonstrating vision, mission and values of the company  
  • Lead and manage implementation of operating policies including sales, finance and operational procedures for all sites
  • Ensure and improve financial and accounting systems and operations
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Chief Financial, Organizational, and Administrative Officers

CEO, Sr. Living Communities- Requirements:

  • 10–15 years CEO experience leading senior living organizations across multiple states and multiple facilities preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, establish accountability and promote organizational excellence
  • Must live in Dallas, TX area or be willing to relocate.

CEO, Sr. Living Communities- Benefits

  • Salary $315K-$400K Dependent upon Experience
  • Bonus Opportunity -Annual
