One of the area's favorite steakhouses is searching for a manager! This leader will work hand in hand with the service team to ensure all service standards are being met and guest's expectations are exceeded. This individual will have strong people skills with a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a high-volume fine-dining or upscale restaurant
  • Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
  • Cognizant of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
  • Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
