Are you looking for a career change out of restaurants? We have an immediate opening for a Retail Manager to join our team in Savannah. This is an iconic, well known group with 3 locations in the historic area. Parking is included! We like candidates with a Fast Casual Restaurant or retail background. Retail / Fast Casual Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations as a Retail Manager for this busy location
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Take disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure consistent quality of product, and overall guest experience as the General Manager
Retail / Fast Casual Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Winning personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years of retail management experience or will look at a fast casual restaurant background
- Strong motivation and great work ethic
