Luxury Hotel and Resort is looking for an Executive Chef with the utmost professionalism and attention-to-detail. You will ensure perfection and excellence in all culinary operations, including banquets, concessions, commissary, quick service and stewarding.

***This position is located about 45 minutes north of Orlando.

Executive Chef Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • You must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury culinary concepts.
  • You must have experience overseeing over $10M in yearly F&B revenue.
  • You must have excellent communication skills, coaching abilities and care about your team.
  • You must have a do-whatever-it-takes mentality.
  • You must have experience leading a team of Chefs.
  • You must have incredible attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • You will be selecting and training culinary employees.
  • You will be assisting in the planning and development of menus.
  • You will control expenses, budget and inventory.
  • You will be overseeing a Fine Dining Steakhouse, an extremely busy casual concept and a seasonal poolside operation – roughly $14M in yearly revenue.
