Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities

  • Lead the culinary team in creating innovative, high-quality dishes and menus aligning with the club's culinary vision
  • Collaborate with the F&B Director to develop seasonal and special menus for all F&B outlets casual to fine dining
  • Oversee kitchen scheduling, staff performance, and training while fostering a positive and collaborative environment
  • Actively participate in tastings, events, member activities, and day-to-day operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards in the kitchen

Executive Sous Chef Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar role within luxury hotels or private clubs
  • Proficiency in menu development, cost management, and kitchen operations in both a la carte and banquet/event environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to manage a diverse and dynamic team
  •  Creative flair and passion for culinary innovation along with a keen understanding of current food trends and techniques
  • A culinary degree is required
