Passionate and experienced Sous Chef needed for a high-volume, fine dining, scratch kitchen at an iconic New Orleans restaurant located in the French Quarter. Amazing company with great benefits and lots of opportunities for growth.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback
  • Maintain quality food and service always
  • Maintain a clean kitchen that is always compliant with health guidelines
  • Food ordering and help with food and labor costs
  • Staff scheduling

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a scratch, fine-dining or upscale-casual kitchen
  • High-volume experience
  • Understands quality and helps uphold standards
  • Hands-on leadership mentality
